The organization offers workshops, seminars, camps, and conferences that inspire greatness in the areas of Nurturing, Learning, Working and Leading. Throughout the calendar year, personnel will conduct a community outreach campaign to raise awareness about organization-sponsored development and training events that are offered through the BOSS Project for Black youths and PEDAL University for parenting adults.
