JAFaulkerson Headshot“Mr. Jeff” is a consummate professional with a commitment to showing people how to collaboratively lead independently fearless and empowered lives. He has over 20 years of accomplishment as a Nonprofit Administrator, Planner and Direct Service Provider, responsibly leading teams in the fulfillment of corporate missions. He also served as a compliance officer with a governmental funding agency, wrote grant proposals that were funded by private and public donors, and successfully designed and implemented data management systems for the evaluation of educational and social service programming.. Mr. Jeff established ACHIEVEMENT SQUARE Development & Training Centers, Inc. to help people lead independently fearless and empowered lives.

Mr. Jeff earned both his Master of Science degree in Social Work Management & Community Practice and Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee (Knoxville, Tennessee).  He is also the recipient of a graduate certificate in Public Administration (Nonprofit Management & Leadership) through George Mason University’s Schar School of Policy and Government (Fairfax, Virginia).
