At the heart of the BOSS Project for Black Youths is The Principles of LIFE (Living Independently Fearless & Empowered).  To be successful at LIFE, we must pledge to never waver in our commitment to excellence. We must tap into our selfless selves, knowing that we all are members of one, big, happy family, obligated to be our brothers’ and sisters’ keepers both temporally and eternally.
